Building complex structures in challenging locations is one of our strengths. NAHAJ AL-KHAIR heavy civil capabilities include designing and/or building bridges over rivers, highways and overpasses.
Since 2005, our project portfolio has expanded to include a multitude of bridge projects. Our experience encompasses not only the construction of bridges, but the design, repair and replacement of them as well.
Entrance development project ( Baghdad - Hilla )

Samawah Bridges & Roads Construction Project

The Ministry of Construction and Housing-State Commission for Roads and Bridges of the Republic of Iraq – Japan International Cooperation Agency Loan (JICA) for the purpose of designing and constructing the Samawah Bridges and Road Construction Projects. NAHAJ AL-KHAIR is responsible for design and construction of three bridges; Samawah North Bridge, Mahdi Bridge and Hilal Bridge with their approaches. The main structural concept is to focus on the use of the Precast Concrete panel with pre-stressed beam and column. The design approach is to emphasize on the practicality and the functionality of the bridges blended with modern architecture elements without disturbing the integrity of the bridge structure.
