For the past decade, NAHAJ AL-KAHIR has provided transportation design and construction services to a wide range of clients worldwide. Our team is comprised of experienced project managers and technical staff that bring a wealth of expertise, encompassing nearly every element of today’s design and construction standards. Our design and construction services include evaluating new and existing corridors to accommodate increased traffic demands and improve safety, roadway capacity expansion projects, bridges construction, freeway and interchange rehabilitation and reconstruction projects.

Transportation Design And Construction

Building complex structures in challenging locations is one of our strengths. NAHAJ AL-KHAIR heavy civil capabilities include designing and/or building bridges over rivers, highways and overpasses. Since 2003, our project portfolio has expanded to include a multitude of bridge projects. Our experience encompasses not only the construction of bridges, but the design, repair and replacement of them as well. We use varying materials, shapes and methods depending on the distance that needs to be crossed, the type of traffic, and any environmental elements. Many of bridges we have designed and/or built are combinations of different types, including but not limited to, bridges for pedestrians, vehicles and railroad traffic in all kinds of terrain and locations.

Structure Construction

With an independently functioning and fully staffed Heavy Highway Division, NAHAJ AL-KHAIR is able to provide specifically focused construction services on bridge projects of any scope, size, and scale. NAHAJ AL-KHAIRʹS bridge experience includes structures crossing roadways and waterways. NAHAJ AL-KHAIR has significant experience with major bridge construction work throughout the country for a variety of clients, including various public agencies.

Transportation Planning

NAHAJ AL-KHAIRʹS transportation planning experience ranges from evaluation of corridors to accommodate evolving traffic and safety demands, to roadway capacity expansion and multimodal studies. Additionally, NAHAJ AL-KHAIRʹS experience with corridor, downtown and neighborhood planning takes into account design and policies affecting the existing environment as well as incorporating all transportation modes and movement patterns. NAHAJ AL-KHAIR specializes in communicating complex engineering, planning and design concepts to stakeholders and clients in a clear way. NAHAJ AL-KHAIR specifically crafts each deliverable, meeting and workshop with the same goal in mind: achieving public awareness in, and ownership of, the results.
